a) Registration: 100
b) Preliminary hearing: 300

Notes:

a) The registration fee is a non-refundable amount, which must be paid by the party that submits the request, and shall be deducted from the administrative cost of the preliminary hearing.

b) The administrative costs of the preliminary hearing and the fees of the neutral mediator shall be divided equally between the parties.

c) In all cases, a minimum fee of 3 hours' service per matter shall be charged. This fee includes necessary documentation time.

d) Should the cost of the procedure exceed 20% of the amount, the parties must confirm in writing their wish to proceed.

e) Should the parties choose to hold the mediation sessions at the Chamber's premises, current rates shall be applied in additions by way of rent of space and complementary services.
