The Consolat de Mar of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, has signed a collaboration agreement with the Official College of Technical Engineering in Computer Science of Catalonia (COETIC) to promote mediation and other dispute resolution mechanisms, particularly in the digital and technology sectors.
The key of this agreement is to help companies and self-employed professionals resolve disputes relating to IT matters, particularly those involving the implementation and operation of ERP and CRM systems, software and web products, data loss, systems maintenance, cybersecurity and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), amongst others.
This collaboration will provide companies with effective tools to prevent, manage and resolve disputes arising from the use of technology.
