Management Costs: €300 to €500 (1)
Conciliator’s Fees: These will be calculated based on the number of sessions anticipated and previously agreed upon by the parties. For this purpose, a preliminary budget will be presented before the start of the conciliation, which the parties must accept.
The Consolat de Mar’s management fee includes: spaces for sessions, forms, communications to the parties and conciliators during the procedure, summons, filing, changes of designation, court notifications, controls, issuance of certificates, and documents for the parties related to the initial session, and the initial and final constitutive sessions.
Services such as photocopies, courier, translations, hiring and engagement of experts, consultants, notaries, lawyers, or other professionals required by the parties for professional actions, and other services not included in the management fee described above, will be borne by the parties upon acceptance of the corresponding budget by mutual agreement.
The parties must have paid the required amounts and the corresponding provisions of funds before starting the relevant sessions.
