The Catalonia Association of Registrars and the Consolat de Mar of Barcelona, part of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, have signed a collaboration agreement to promote the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (ADR).
By means of this agreement these institutions shall collaborate to implement awareness-raising initiatives in the field of mediation, as well as to develop initiatives to improve this area of the law.
At the Consolat de Mar, we continue to work towards promoting dialogue and understandings as the preferred option for companies and professionals to resolve their disputes and avoid court proceedings.
