Mediation Agreement between the Consolate of the Sea and the Catalonia Economists Association

The Consolat de Mar has signed a collaboration agreement with the Catalonia Economists Association to promote business mediation and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (ADR). This alliance establishes a joint framework to promote awareness, access to, and use of mediation in the business and commercial sphere, a key tool for managing conflicts in a more agile, efficient way that creates value for all parties involved.  Both institutions will work together to promote activities and specialized training programmes, as well as to develop joint initiatives to strengthen the mediation ecosystem.
