Today, in Spain, enters into force the obligation to file a mediation or conciliation request (amongst other mechanisms set forth in Law 1/2025) before filing a commercial lawsuit.
On April 3rd comes into force the obligation to get an agreement before filing a civil or commercial lawsuit in Spain
